The 2-VU™ Computer User Guide provides you with
information on how to maximize your computer capabilities and solve common
problems.
2. Software Manuals and Online Help Files
The software preinstalled on your computer may come
with an online manual. These manuals are stored on the hard disk drive as online
Help files. You can find the help files from the help menu under the specific
software applications. Some software applications may come with a printed
manual.
3. Operating System Online Support
Your computer comes preinstalled with Microsoft®
Windows®. For operating system support, you can access Microsoft® customer

4. Estari Customer Support
Estari support is available free of charge for 90
days after the original date of purchase. You can call and speak with an Estari

Charges may apply for technical support, unless and to the extent that free
technical support for a limited period is provided in writing as a feature of
your 2-VU™. Prior to placing your call, please have available the model and
serial number of your 2-VU™, date of purchase, a list of all options installed
in your 2-VU™ and a detailed description of the problem.
