Estari, Inc. warrants its 2-VU™ Dual Screen Mobile Computer to be free from defects in
material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a 2-VU™ proves to be
defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Estari
will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a like
product.
Estari makes no other warranties, express or
implied, including without limitation the implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall
Estari be liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages
(including damages for loss of business information, lost profits or
business interruption) arising out of the use of the 2-VU™ Dual Screen Tablet,
even if Estari was aware of the possibility of such damage. In any
event, Estari’s liability for any damage arising out of the use of the 2-VU™
shall in no case exceed the price paid for such computer.
Replacement product or parts may include
remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
Estari provides no warranty for any software
included with the product. Estari does not warrant that software will meet
your requirements or that operation of software will be uninterrupted or
error free.
Estari 2-VU™ Dual Screen Mobile Computers are warranted
for one (1) year for all parts (except software) and for one (1) year for
all labor from the date of the first consumer purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.
The warranty does not cover:

Software

Any product, on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or
removed.

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from

Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of
nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow
instructions supplied with the product

Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Estari
-
Damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media
-
Software or data loss occurring during repair or replacement
-
Any damage of the product due to shipment
-
Removal or installation of the product
-
Causes external to the product, such as electrical power fluctuations or
failure

Use of supplies or parts not meeting Estari’s specifications
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect

Removal, installation, and set-up service charges
For information about receiving service under
warranty, contact Estari Customer Support. You will need to provide your
product’s serial number.
To obtain service under warranty, you will be
required to provide the original dated sales slip, your name, your address,
a description of the problem, and the serial number of your 2-VU™,
Take or ship the product freight prepaid in the original container to an
authorized Estari service center or Estari.
